How do I book a jet ski?
You can book directly through our website using the booking buttons for 4-hour or 8-hour rentals. Availability updates in real time.
Can I book multiple jet skis?
Yes. You can select 1 or 2 jet skis per time slot. Each booking includes a separate calendar and payment link.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a security deposit is required for all rentals. You'll see deposit details during checkout and receive confirmation via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and online payments through our secure booking system. Cash is not accepted at the launch site.
Can I walk in without a reservation?
We recommend booking online in advance. Walk-ins are accepted only if jet skis are available and staff is on-site.
đĻē Safety & Requirements
What are the age requirements?
Operators must be at least 16 years old. Passengers must be at least 6. Minors require a parent or guardian's signature on the waiver.
Do I need a boating license?
No license is required in Washington State. All renters must complete a safety briefing and demonstrate basic operating knowledge.
Are life jackets provided?
Yes. We provide Coast Guard-approved life jackets in various sizes. All riders must wear them at all times.
Is there a weight limit?
Each jet ski has a maximum combined weight limit of 400 lbs. Please contact us if you have questions about capacity or comfort.
Can I ride alone?
Yes. Solo riders are welcome as long as they meet the age and safety requirements.
đ Policies & Cancellations
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund. Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your rental time.
What happens if the weather is bad?
If conditions are unsafe (e.g., lightning, high winds), we may cancel or reschedule your rental. You'll be notified and offered a refund or credit.
Can I change my rental time?
Yes. You can reschedule up to 24 hours before your rental. Contact us directly to adjust your booking.
What if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may result in reduced ride time. We recommend arriving 30 minutes early for check-in and orientation.
Are refunds available for no-shows?
No-shows are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.
đ What to Bring & Wear
What should I bring?
Please bring a valid photo ID, credit card for deposit, and swimwear. Sunscreen, water shoes, and a towel are recommended.
What should I wear?
Swimwear or quick-dry clothing is best. Water shoes or sandals with straps are recommended. Sunglasses with a secure strap are optional.
Can I bring my phone or camera?
Yes, but we recommend waterproof cases. We're not responsible for lost or damaged electronics.
Is storage available?
Jet skis do not have storage compartments. Please leave valuables in your vehicle or bring a waterproof pouch.
Can I bring snacks or drinks?
You may bring water bottles, but food is not allowed on the jet skis. Alcohol is strictly prohibited before or during rental.

What are your hours?
We're open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. All rentals must be returned by 8:00 PM.
